Each game server account must only be used to run a game server.
Each game server account must only use storage space for a game server.
Each game server account must not be used for FTP storage space.
Each game server account must not be used for web storage space.
Each user account must be not used for any illegal activity.
Each game server account must not be remotely and continuously accessed for FTP,
log files, or statistics.
Big Brother Bot (B3) must be used only with an EscapedTurkey.com Game Server.
Each user account must not be used for resell.
Each user account must not be rented, sold, or leased by another hosting company.
Each user account must not be used to advertise an alternative product.
Each user account must not be used to circumvent any sort of official
authentication system, provided by the developer and/or publisher, such
as those requiring a cd-key, serial #, or other master server queries.
Each user account must not be used to violate the EULA (End Users License
Agreement) of any applicable software installed and/or activated.
Steam or Valve based dedicated game servers must not be used to bypass Steam authentication nor the Steam master servers.
Each game server account must only run one game server at a time.
All game server accounts contain the latest version of each software. EscapedTurkey constantly updates game server software for optimal performance. Legacy version installs are the responsibility of the customer.
Each game server must not be used discriminate to against any group; this includes, but is not limited, to racial, sexual, or religious discrimination, with the exception of banning or kicking players for cheating, hacking, or other abusive behaviors.
Each game server must not be used to ridicule, harass, attack, or impersonate another game server's namesake or community; for example, using the same or similar hostname of another game server in order to redirect gameplay activity or cause confusion.
EscapedTurkey.com cannot guarantee the amount of server slots rented can be fully utilized by any particular application or process.
Each game server must not exceed the amount of slots purchased for it.
Each game server must not exceed 64 public player slots.
Each game server must not exceed 85 %CPU in top (List Running Processes).
Each game server must not affect the performance of other game servers.
Each game server must not use pingboost.
Each customer is responsible for securing game server access information.
Each customer must use the PayPal Subscription system to pay for a server.
Unauthorized alteration of a PayPal subscription will lead to the termination of an account and the denial of future subscriptions.
Cancellation of a PayPal subscription will lead to the immediate suspension or cancellation of the associated game server account; a full refund may be requested within 30 days of the inception date.
The money back guarantee is only valid up to 30 days from the first payment. Continued use of an account past the initial 30 days of the first payment is an indication of your satisfaction. Any cancellation after a renewal payment will result in termination of the game server account at the next scheduled renewal date unless otherwise specified. Pro-rated refunds are not offered under any circumstance.
Abuse of the 30 day money back guarantee, for example repeated ordering of a game server account and then cancelling the PayPal subscription within 30 days to obtain a refund, and re-ordering another, will lead to the refusal of any future subscriptions from the payee.
Abuse of the one month free trial, for example repeated ordering of a one month free trial account, cancelling, and then re-ordering another, will lead to the refusal of any future orders from the applicant.
Cancellation of a PayPal subscription must be given prior notice via the support ticket system.
Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process. E-check payments via PayPal may have to wait until funds clear prior to processing a refund.
Refunds are only given when cancellations are processed via the support ticket system.
Each invoice must be paid on its due date.
Each customer is responsible for game server install, re-install, and updates via the control panel.
Each customer is responsible for customizations and/or third party installations.
Each customer is responsible for maintaining backups of customized
files (configs, mods, maps, etc).
EscapedTurkey.com is not responsible for server ping and/or downtime.
EscapedTurkey.com reserves the right to change any game server's IP address for infrastructure and/or load balancing considerations.
PB Web Port must be 1 + Last 3 Digits of IP - i.e.: http://123.123.123.255:1255
Abusive language or treatment of EscapedTurkey.com admins, help, or staff will not be tolerated; this includes, but is not limited to, use of ultimatums, offensive language, personal attacks, 'all caps' yelling, unnecessary demands, requests against company policy, etc..
All correspondence to EscapedTurkey.com support, e-mail, forums, and chat becomes the property of EscapedTurkey.com, may be recorded and logged, is neither private nor confidential, and may be shared at our discretion.
EscapedTurkey.com has a NO TOLERANCE policy against cheating and/or hacking in multiplayer games. We reserve the right to cancel services immediately for suspected cheating activity including promotion, distribution or any other encouragement of cheating.
EscapedTurkey.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
All Policies are subject to change at any time.
Any violations of said policies are grounds for account termination.
